About the Course

Are you ready to elevate your team-building skills like a pro?  This course is designed for team leaders, HR professionals, and project managers who want to create engaging strengths maps that celebrate individual contributions. By completing this course, you'll master the art of visually mapping skills, guiding others in strengths mapping, personalizing maps, and using them as powerful collaboration tools for team success and personal growth. Although absolutely no art skills are required, this course is considered "intermediate" in complexity. The maps created here will take about 3 hours to complete. There are multiple alternatives available in the "beginner" course which may be more appropriate for teams short on time.
