Strength Mapping

I have two courses currently on offer, with an "advanced" option coming soon. The beginner course contains step by step video instructions for making four separate styles of strength maps which are quick and easy to complete when using my included templates. The intermediate course requires approximately 3 hours of dedication, but results in a more personalized and artistic map.

The map courses require some homework/advance preparation. This preparation includes creating the "keyword" list that will populate your map. I offer plenty of tips and suggestions for how you can create this list, but if you would like personalized assistance, I offer that too. The coaching package includes access to an online assessment tool called the AEM-cube, which is a scientifically verified tool widely used for team building, coaching, career guidance, and talent management. As a certified AEM-consultant, Celina will administer the assessment and then schedule a 25 minute video call with you to review the results and help you create the keyword list for your map. The coaching package includes access to your choice of either the beginner or intermediate mapping course in addition to the assessment and coaching session.

The map making journey is inherently personal. You can do the work yourself, as an individual, without involving others which I know will be a rewarding and enjoyable task! But I provide modules at the end of each course offering tips for using your map making journey as part of a team building activity with both small and large teams. Doing so is a great way to creatively discuss strengths and weaknesses within a larger group environment. Enterprise pricing is provided which, combined with AEM-cube coaching makes for a great new way to discuss and build team culture and collaboration skills!

The default setting on the courses is 30 days for individual purchases and 90 days for bundles and enterprise purchases. But this limit is only in place to deter fraudulent use of the course content. If you need more time to complete, or would like to come back and review the content after the expiration of your course, just get in touch, I will be happy to reopen or extend your access for free!
